Patricia Outland, CTRS, CDP, ALM

Executive Director at Inspirations Bayside

Trish started her journey in geri-psychology, recreation therapy, and outdoor experiential education over 20 years ago.

Since her beginnings, Trish has been working in Assisted Living communities, dementia-specific programs, and working with families for fundraisers and support groups. Her knowledge and experience allowed her to help develop processes for Assisted Living regulations in the state of Maryland. We are incredibly thankful to have her join our team as the Executive Director of our newest community!

Sara Kuhn, CDP

Community Relations Director

Sara has over 20 years of experience in marketing and healthcare. After working for large companies for many years, Sara felt the need to follow her passion for helping families and serving the geriatric demographic, especially those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. She has worked with placement companies, Assisted Living Communities, and adult day centers in Maryland. You can find Sara drinking her morning coffee with the residents, planning family events, or out educating the community on Dementia and our Mission.
